We honestly don’t think we will ever be able to put into words just how special Laura made our wedding ceremony feel but we’ll try, because she truly deserves it.
From the very beginning, Laura took the time to truly get to know us, our story, our personalities, and what mattered most. What she created wasn’t just a ceremony, it was something deeply personal, emotional, funny and completely us. Every word she spoke felt so thoughtful and intentional. She brought our ideas to life so perfectly, especially our hand fastening ceremony. Guided by her warmth and calm presence, it became one of the most powerful and meaningful parts of the day, something we will remember forever.
And then came the surprise ring bearer, something that could have been unpredictable, but Laura handled it so effortlessly, embracing the moment with such joy and ease that it became one of the highlights of the entire day. Laura also added so many thoughtful, personal touches that made everything feel even more special, from our vow books to our ceremony certificate. These little details didn’t go unnoticed, they made the whole experience feel so intimate, considered, and truly unique to us.
As if that wasn’t enough, she created such a fun and celebratory atmosphere at the end with the shots, bringing laughter, energy, and the perfect transition from emotional ceremony to full celebration. We also have to mention how absolutely stunning Laura looked. Her dress tied in so beautifully with the theme of our wedding, it was such a thoughtful touch and just shows how much she genuinely cares about every detail of your day.
Laura is so much more than a celebrant she is a storyteller, a calming presence, and someone who pours her whole heart into what she does. She made us feel completely at ease, completely understood, and completely present in every moment. We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Laura as part of our day, and we will treasure those memories forever.

Where do I even begin to explain how wonderful Laura is... When my husband and I started planning our wedding, there wasn't many things I knew that I wanted but I did know that I wanted our ceremony to have a personal element to it, for someone to tell our story and to have a ceremony that we would remember.
I knew of Laura and her celebrant services and from the moment we met her and heard all about what she offered, we knew that we'd found the right person to hold our ceremony. She was just wonderful, she answered all of my questions & really did go above and beyond for me and helped me with lots of recommendations for people that she knew in the wedding industry.
She wrote our story in a way I never thought possible, our script reduced both myself and my husband to tears (in the best way) - her writing is exceptional and she delivered it so well on the day of our wedding.
Laura worked with me personally to ensure that my mom, who is no longer with us, was a big part of our ceremony and I will always be thankful to her for creating a ceremony that was so perfect for myself and my husband. We have been married for a little over six months now & we still have people talk to us about how personal our ceremony was and that wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Laura.

Laura was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. She really took the time to get to know us and bounce ideas around for what we could include. With Laura’s help, my (now) wife and I dove deep into our relationship and picked out all of the stories we wanted to talk about. In response, Laura produced a wonderful script that truly reflected our relationship, along with three key rituals sprinkled in. She helped include neat little touches along the way and was even able to make a wonderful last minute adjustment to honour my mother who had unfortunately passed away earlier that month.
Rather than go through church hymns, or legal jargon, our ceremony was filled with joy and laughter, with readings from our favourite authors or media, to unique vows that reflected each other perfectly. Everything that Laura did made our ceremony absolutely magical and it was everything we had hoped for. A lot of our guests had been skeptical of us having a less traditional ceremony, but all doubts were blown away by what Laura produced and delivered on the day.

Our ceremony was without a doubt the most magical part of our wedding day and Laura's structure and delivery made up a huge part of that. Laura made the whole process so calm and easy. We met with her prior to having our script written and she was so knowledgeable it really put us at ease and helped us with some options we had for the ceremony! Mostly including our little ones in the day which was so important to us. The script she wrote for us was beautiful, and so fitting for us both and on the day she put us both at ease knowing she was there to help with anything (even tissues for my husband and suncream!) The ceremony was so personal for us and our 2 little ones who were involved in it all, and we had so many comments of how lovely she was and how personal and special the whole ceremony was. From the beginning Laura knew the right questions to ask and conversation we had together to get to know us as a couple. Laura gave us so many options of different things we could do within the ceremony, handfasting, planting a tree. FIRST WEDDING CEREMONY ON WEYMOUTH BEACH
On Saturday 11th June, Laura Bell became the first Celebrant to officiate a wedding ceremony on Weymouth Beach. The ceremony including a sand ritual and a handtying with the couple sharing their vows with not only their guests, but onlookers on the beach. The bride and groom came to me with a vision a year prior and I'm so proud to have made that happen for them.
